i just want to say thank you ive been watching ur videos for the past few days now since i found out i had a miscarriage,
mine was different to ur though i was only 3 weeks gone which is really early but it still hard because me and my partner where trying for 2 years and we finally get pregnant and then it just got ripped away from us, its our first baby too

hi rach, you seem like your life is really full at the moment which i think is great for ttc. Just wondering if hubby is taking anything? On the mth i fell pregnant my partner was taking vitamin e, zinc, folic acid and maca root for 6 weeks before conception. He did have low motility which is why we focused on him but when i researched it recommended these supplements for men with normal fertility to maximise chances. congrats on ur LPs – ur looking rly well xx

So glad your cycles are getting better and longer LPs thats awesome! mine are still far from good enough but i guess time is what itll take!
