What would be the fastest way to get pregnant? I really would like to have my first son. I have not been successful at trying to get pregnant for the past four month. Is there a trick to getting pregnant without fertility clinics?

Well stressing out about it sure doesn’t help.
Calm down, relax..focus on your health and wellbeing…and it will happen.
If you are taking prenatals, getting plenty of rest, avoiding any undue stress and “trying” and still nothing…then at the very least, maybe you should BOTH get checked out and make sure that everything is working correctly on both sides.
But whatever you do…RELAX…cause trippin out about it and being a stress case…isn’t going to get you pregnant any faster.
First I hope you are not focusing on just having a boy….it just might be a girl. You can find several fertility calculators on line and they are self explanatory.

There is no set trick to get pregnant. Just stay healthy, try not to stress about it, and try, try again! 80% of couples conceive within the first year naturally, so keep it up.
Also, no way to ensure it’s a boy either….but you knew that I am sure
you need to relax.why the immediate rush?. as long as you are ovulating,and charting,etc there is no need to visit a clinc for some time. if you are stressed-and sounds like you are!. your hormones will send out mixed messages and you may make things worse.and focusing on having a son doesn’t help!. you have a 50% chance of having a girl.so just relax and see what happens!
Umm, Im pretty sure everyone on this site wants to know the same thing. Maybe you should ask this is the pregnancy section where people actually succeeded in getting pregnant.
The fastest way to get pregnant is not necessarily the best for everyone. Just to give an extreme real-life example, suppose you are an actress and you want to have a baby and each month you wait costs you millions of $$ in terms of lost opportunity of movie parts that you have to turn down. Therefore, it is in your best interest to get pregnant, have your baby and get back to doing your acting work again. In that case, you might decide that it is worth it to for you to undergo a fertility treatment to get pregnant ASAP.
Obviously, this is not recommended under normal circumstances.
So the fastest way to get pregnant WITHOUT fertility treatment is to be healthy (normal weight, no smoking, controlled stress levels) and have sex regularly 2-3 times a week.
For 85% of normal couples, pregnancy will occur within 6 months to a year. If it still hasn’t by that time, then you may choose to make a decision of whether you want to seek help or not.

go to babycenter.com enter your information (last period day) in the ovulation calendar and it will tell you your most fertile dates.
Enjoy sex, don’t do it expecting to get prego each time (as hard as this may be)
In the beginning I was a mess ttc taking pg test like every week…but I am learning to just relax and take it one day at a time and enjoying my husband more and more…and not just making baby sex!
