if the baby is his the court will give him visitation rights, but sounds like that will be a whole other story.
patiently waiting for the next chapter
Yes he can, look up an attorney in your area.
know when they broke up and know when she told him she was pregnant if it is even his. I believe the judge will let him see his kid no matter if they are together or not. i hate when women do that! record phone call if she is saying things that would help im in the future. document everything, i would. best of luck to you!
I believe he can file for divorce in Texas if that’s where he resided when they were married. He needs to file in the state he lived with her in while they were married. I don’t know what deaccusesitation means.. is that even a word??
Anyway, she can possibly argue the fact that he abandoned her which will NOT look good to the judge during the hearing. Can he just have the marriage anulled? They weren’t married for long.. He can file for visitation if she can prove by dna test that he really is the father, but if he asks for visitation or any part of custody then he will have to pay child support til the kid turns 18. She can also ask for alimony support (spousal support) because he abandoned her while she was pregnant. Not sure if she’ll get that though but she can ask for it.
Don’t know any good lawyers in Texas.. I’m in NJ.
this is still a free country, he can go anyplace he wants.
He can file for divorce anyplace, but must meet the residency requirements, usually 6 months.
Of course he is being threatened because he dumped his bride…thats going to happen to a scorned woman!
He needs to file for divorce in the county where he lives. He may need to establish residence before he’s able to do anything.
Perhaps the following site will give him a start in what he needs to do. Good Luck to all concerned…♥♥

He needs to contact a lawyer.
She can accuse him of anything she wants. Whether or not it will have any bearing on the outcome of the divorce will be dependent on the state laws.
