Vitex is awesome i have pcos and i have about 2 periods a year! started taken vitex and now she comes alot more often!! i am ttc so this gives me hope, i can not afford fertility treatments !

I haven’t had a period since April 1st of 2008, been TTC almost three years, vitex helped me have my period and ovulate this month!
I stopped taking birth control February of this year and after two months of taking Vitex, my periods finally returned. They were so regular, I managed to calculate for three months in a row when the first day was going to be. It really does help. Just do not take if you are pregnant.
