Are there any magazines we can subscribe to that are geared towards fertility, etc BEFORE you get pregnant meaning trying to, tips, etc.

Yes - I had a subscription to Conceive Magazine when trying to conceive.

What country are you in? Here in Australia there is a magazine called making babies which is great! not sure of any other names! alot of pregnancy mags have a lot of info about conceiving!! just go to your local newsagency and have a look!! good luck!
