Well this can be hard to tell unless they just cannot get pregnant but a few medical signs would be
irregular period – sometimes absent period
excess hair
both of the above symptoms could mean PCOS
Scarring in the uterus so it is unable to carry a fetus
etc
There can be a long list of medical reason why someone cannot concieve or cannot carry a baby to term
I don’t know if these are signs of low fertility but they are signs that you need to discuss with your doctor because they could be the cause of a fertility issue…
irregular periods, no period, little or no cervical fluid, age, history of unnormal pap smears, family or personal history of cancer, std’s, thryroid problems or diseases, stress, medications, being over or underweight, smoking, alcohol use, drug abuse, etc.
There are alot to list. Basically anything that has to deal with a womans female anatomy or anything that has to do with hormones can affect fertility.
