Does anyone know how to get pregnant naturally with no fertility drugs?

My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for four years. I have two children already, born a year and one month apart. I would like to have more children but do not really want to have to use fertility drugs. Does anyone know how to get pregnant naturally with either herbal, or natural methods? Thank you very much for any advice or answers given.

Do you even need to take fertility drugs? If you already have had children, it seems like you shouldn’t have a problem getting pregnant again.

If you’ve been trying for four years then it sounds like somethings wrong.

Have you seen the doctor? Fertility drugs may end up being the only choice.

You can either try charting your cycle and ovulation time, or visit ovwatch.com. This watch is supposed to be guaranteed to help one get pregnant withing 3 months, etc… it worked for my sister in law after she tried for over a year. And lit has worked for lots of others as well.

Vitex Chasteberry is an herbal supplement that is used to help balance your hormones, help with fertility, and relieve PMS and Menopause symptoms. There are many websites that you can google, here’s one.

It sounds like something might be wrong with your guy. If you’ve had 2 kids already, your eggs should be fine. The both of you should go get tested, 4 years is a long time with no luck, you may have to resort to fertility treatments. There’s nothing wrong with that.

Check out Taking Charge of Your Fertility, by Toni Weschler. In addition to explaining in great detail how to record your BBT’s, which among other things, will tell you if you are ovulating, it also tells you some vitamins and such that you can take that might help with certain fertility issues.

I found some other info on vitamins and herbs that help with fertility. See below:

This is the first month I am trying Vitamin E, baby aspirin, Vitamin B complex and Mucinex, so I can’t tell you yet if they work, but it’s worth looking at!

    Good luck-baby dust!

You can try having sex when you at your peak ovulation period. This should almost always guarantee a fertilized egg. Don’t force it too much, make the environment as comfortable as possible. Try not to put to much pressure on your husband so his little swimmer can be at their best. Try not to get too stressed, remain as clam as possible as much as possible and eat well.

you need to learn your body and know when you’re ovulating. just keep your body healthy, along with your hubby, and things should happen. start taking prenatal vitimines (yes already) and have him take a vitimine too. dont drink or smoke (him as well) and try to keep a healthy diet. having your body more prepared will help out a lot.

    good luck and baby dust!!!!!

You may not be ovulating every month, since you have been trying for 4 years, I think it may be time to see a fertility specialist. If you haven’t started charting your ovulation, I would do that asap, look for changes in your cervical mucous and discharge and add notes to your ovulation calender each month, to pin point what time of the month you ovulate, it may change on you making it very difficult to conceive. Good luck.

The first thing that I can suggest is to quit smoking, drinking, or doing drugs if you do any of them. Smoking is actually one of the number one contributors to infertility in women. It makes it so that your eggs have trouble making it down the fallopian tubes, and also hinders implantation.

I guess it depends on why you are having trouble conceiving. If you have PCOS, there are a lot of things that you can do to better your odds of becoming pregnant. First, try to lose weight with a low carb diet, it can do wonders to regulate your cycle. The low carb diet also helps regulate blood sugar and insulin production, which, in turn regulates your hormones. Cinnamon is also an effective way to regulate blood sugar levels. Take a multivitamin and mineral supplement every day. You may also want to try Chasteberry (Chastetree, Vitex Agnus-Castus) It helps to regulate your prolactin and testosterone levels.

I hope that I’ve helped! Good luck, I wish you all the best, and baby dust to you! :O)

Umm…keep having sex… Sorry that was the sarcastic in me. I don’t really know, but I’ve heard that stress can contribute to being infertile so maybe you should relax more. Just keep trying and hopefully it will happen eventually.
