you cant change the sex if you are already pregnant but if you are ttc you can go to the doctors and they will tell you things you can try if your wanting a boy or a girl.
you cant increase or decrease the chances of having a boy or girl… once the sperm meets the egg its a 50/50 chance. The sperm is either a female gene or a male gene. You cant do anything about the gender its all with the mans sperm

If your already pregnant than you can’t change the sex but if your not I have heard that if you want a girl you should try to have sex 2days before ovulation and a boy closer to ovulation.
The sex of the baby is determined by the sperm, so no matter when you have sex (as in so many days before ovulation or day of ovulation), it won’t change your chance of either sex. Unless you go to a place, and pay a ton of money, that can do gender selection, then you can’t decide for yourself what you are going to have, and nothing you do can increase your chances of either sex.
Once you are pregnant there is nothing you can do. The second the sperm fertilizes the egg the gender is determined. You just have to wait until your week 19 ultrasound to find out now.
As for things to try while trying to conceive, well there are tons of theories (google “gender specific conception” and you’ll find TONS) however, do not put your hopes into these. They don’t really do anything (all have been scientifically debunked as myths) but they can be fun to play around with.
