Is this a healthy diet for being 6 weeks pregnant?(diet as in food intake not “diet”)?
Breakfast:1 C. frosted mini wheats/milk, and grapes
Lunch: beef stew w/ rice and 1 C. milk
Snack: half kashi bar
Dinner: ravioli w/ marinara sauce, garlic bread, lots of veggies
Snack: apple w/ peanut butter, 1 C. milk
This is what I used to eat before I got pregnant, but I added extra milk! So that’s about 200 more calories than before, and I am full when I eat.
I haven’t had the snacks or dinner yet, but that’s what I will have!
